NuttX-0.1.2

This is the third release of NuttX. This release is primarily a bugfix release with minimal new features. See the ChangeLog for a more detailed description of the changes.

(1) Several important OS and ARM7 bugfixes, (2) opendir(), closedir(), readdir(), etc. added (3) Added C5471 watchdog timer. (4) Created a shareable, serial driver. (5) Added ‘ls’ command to NuttShell (nsh) (6) Added a test of the round robin scheduler

This release has been verified on the Linux user-mode platform, the Spectrum Digital TMS320C5471 EVM using the test program under examples/ostest.
